At Pale Luna, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return most unwornjewelry and accessorieswithin 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
📦 What Can Be Returned?
- Eligible Items: Unworn, unused items in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Time Frame: You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your order to initiate a return.
❌ What Cannot Be Returned?
- For health and safety reasons, earrings for pierced ears (unless defective) cannot be returned.
- Any item that is damaged, altered, or shows signs of wear.
- Items purchased during a final sale or with a specific “no-return” promotion.
🔁How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email us at paleluna1@outlook.com within the 30-day window. Please include your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Instructions: We will reply with a Return Authorization (RMA) number and the shipping address for your return.
- Ship Your Return: Securely package the item(s) and mail them to us using a trackable service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
💸 Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
📥 Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Please indicate your preference when you email us. We will process the exchange once the original item is received and inspected. If the new item has a higher price, the difference will be charged.
🎁 Returning a Gift?
If the item was marked as a gift, a store credit or exchange will be issued upon return.
