1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the website pale-9497.myshopify.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Site is operated by Pale Luna Jewelry ("we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the Site.

2. Products & Pricing

  • Product Information: We strive to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we cannot guarantee that all information is completely error-free. The color of jewelry as seen on screen may vary slightly.

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but such changes will not affect confirmed orders.

  • Nature of Handmade & Natural Goods: As items are handmade or incorporate natural materials (e.g., natural stones, albite jade, freshwater pearls, cultured pearls), each piece is unique. Variations in color, pattern, texture, and minor imperfections are intrinsic to their beauty and are not considered defects.

3. Orders & Payment

  • Order Acceptance: Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. Acceptance of your order and formation of a contract occur when we send an order confirmation email.

  • Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.

  • Payment: We use third-party payment processors (e.g., Shopify Payments, PayPal). You agree to comply with their respective terms.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping Policy: We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout and displayed before order confirmation. All orders are dispatched from China. International delivery can take approximately 10-25 business days.

  • Shipping Risk: Title and risk of loss for all products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

  • Customs & Import Duties: For international orders, you are solely responsible for any customs, import duties, taxes, or fees levied by your country. We cannot predict these charges and are not responsible for them.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Return Window: We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Return Conditions: To be eligible, items must be unworn, undamaged, in their original packaging with all tags attached. Due to hygiene reasons, earrings (unless defective) are generally final sale. Custom or sale items may also be excluded.

  • Process: Please contact our customer service at paleluna1@outlook.com to initiate a return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs (e.g., geometric patterns, clover motifs, panther cameo designs), and software, is the property of Pale Luna Jewelry or its licensors and is protected by copyright and international treaties. You may not use or reproduce any content without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pale Luna Jewelry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

If you submit content to us (e.g., product reviews, photos, social media tags using our brand hashtags), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use that content for marketing and promotional purposes.
