1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive a notification email when your order ships.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of your order. You can view the exact shipping fee before finalizing your purchase.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active on the carrier’s website.

5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

  • Your Responsibility: For international orders, you (the recipient) are considered the importer of record. You are solely responsible for any and all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by your country.

  • Our Role: We are not responsible for these charges and cannot predict their amount. We declare all packages with the accurate value of the contents as required by law. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Pale Luna Jewelry is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the tracking information shows “Delivered”。 In such cases, we advise you to contact your local postal service or neighbors first.
If a package is lost in transit before delivery is confirmed, please contact us at paleluna1@outlook.com with your order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier.

7. Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping will be at the customer’s expense.
