We want you to love your Pale Luna piece. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return most unworn, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags and packaging. It must also be in its original resalable condition.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Earrings for pierced ears (unless faulty or damaged upon arrival).
- Any item that is personalized, customized, or made-to-order.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased with a promotion/discount code that stated no returns.
Please contact us if you receive a damaged or defective item so we can resolve it immediately.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Email us at paleluna1@outlook.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number and reason for return.
- Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your package. Returns sent without an RMA may not be accepted.
- Ship It Back: Securely pack the item(s) with all original packaging and accessories. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For exchanges, we will ship the new item once the return is received and approved. If the exchange item is of higher value, the price difference will be charged.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days after our approval notification, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or payment processor. If the issue persists, contact us at [你的客服邮箱].
Sale Items & Gifts
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, a gift exchange or store credit will be issued upon return.
