We ship worldwide from our fulfillment center in China. Delivery times are estimates and do not include processing time.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Pale Luna is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as "Delivered" by the carrier. If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact your local post office first.
